During this workshop we will: 

1. Understand the basic building blocks of both hosting and crowdwork and understand when to use various techniques 

2. Watch videos of pro comics, and learn from examples, including personal experiences and acedotes

4. Practice on our feet in a safe, supported way! 

5. Leave with more practical homework to keep you learning!

Tera's an international stand up comedian, host and producer, originally from the United States, living in Europe. She’s performed English standup in 15 countries + adding to the roster! Her content tackles mental health, growing up, relationships, cultural humor, dark jokes, and living as an immigrant in Europe. Tera´s known for her energetic delivery, her bold content and fearlessly engaging with her audience. In addition to her jokes, Tera hosts several of her own shows per month, and is high in demand. Tera has headlined sets in Berlin, Ireland, Portugal, Paris, the famous Indra music club in Hamburg (where the Beatles played), and played sold out theatre in Lyon, etc…  Credits include The Hamburg International Comedy Festival (2021/2022) hosting for the Berlin New Standup Awards (2021), and Berlin Mental Health Festival at Cosmic Comedy (2021); and Boom Chicago! Comedy Festival (2022/2023 accepted). She was featured on the Television Show Standup Revolution Romania � � (2022). She passed first round of Funny Women UK Awards competition in progress currently.
