Old Jokes, New Jokes – English Stand-Up Comedy Night with Karan Karthik & Friends

Get ready for a night of sharp wit, bold storytelling, and big laughs! On March 6, Carlitos Comedy Club welcomes Karan Karthik along with his hilarious friends from the Something Spicy Comedy collective for an evening of fresh jokes, favourite hits, and pure comedy chaos.

Karan Karthik, based in the Netherlands, is known for his razor-sharp humour and thoughtful storytelling that dives into topics like identity, prejudice, relationships, and the absurdity of everyday life. He has performed at major festivals across Europe including UICF and MAD Goat, appeared twice on RED MIC, and continues to tour his critically acclaimed solo show across Europe. For one night only in Luxembourg, he’ll be hosting and bringing the laughs—old, new, and unexpected!

Joining him on stage:

Bianca Lala – Bianca is Romanian, which means she’s chasing her dreams, but like, with low expectations. She used to work in sales until she discovered her true passion: not making money. She also meditates, but only out of spite. These days, she travels the world to avoid dealing with her emotional unavailability (or whatever her rude therapist calls it).  She’s performed in 38 cities and 19 countries including one TV appearance in Romania and has headlined several European festivals around Europe.

Abhinav Kumar – Abhinav Kumar is a rising talent in the Belgian scene who has opened for Zakir Khan, Ric Diez , Abby Govindan & Mark Simmons.  He runs Hotandspicy comedy in the city of Leuven in his mission to bring tropical temperatures to the budding Belgian scene.   He likes telling stories with horrible puns hidden within like raisins in a rum cake. He also talks in third person for no particular raisin. 

 Come warm up one of the last coldest weeks in the Benelux with a night of laughter, stories, and seriously spicy comedy.
